Welcome to VILLA CHRIS, a large villa for up to 8 people situated in a quiet and exclusive urbanisation in Moraira, a coastal town in the province of Alicante. The villa has panoramic views to the sea and marina and has all the comforts to spend an unforgettable holiday.
It has a large private swimming pool illuminated at night, surrounded by a terrace equipped with barbecue and seating area, where you can enjoy alfresco dinners under the stars.
The villa is distributed in two flats that do not communicate with each other. The ground floor flat has a living room, an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double beds, one of them with en-suite shower and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a covered terrace, a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, equipped with all the necessary for cooking, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and another one with bathtub.
The house has air conditioning in the upper flat: in the living-dining room and one of the bedrooms. It is located on a fenced plot and is only a few minutes drive from the main beaches and supermarkets.
Moraira has become a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca due to its crystal clear beaches and picturesque old town, which retains its traditional fishing village character. In the port area you can find many restaurants and bars offering fresh seafood and fish as well as other local specialities.
In terms of beaches, Moraira has some of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Blanca, such as El Portet beach, a small bay protected by mountains and rocks that make it ideal for swimming and snorkelling, and L'Ampolla beach, a golden sandy beach with calm, crystal clear waters, perfect for all the family.
The cultural activity in Moraira is very varied, there are several fiestas and festivals throughout the year.
