This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, is 800 metres from the magnificent Portet beach, and one and a half kilometres from the centre of Moraira.
In both Moraira and its surroundings, you will be able to enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, magnificent restaurants where you can delight in the appreciated local gastronomy and find various leisure spots, supermarkets and shops. From Villa Carmen, you can travel in just a few minutes to the neighbouring cities of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia and Jávea.
The property has the entire plot of land fenced and a covered parking area, with space to leave more cars outside the covered area. It has a large private swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace equipped with a barbecue and seating area, where you can enjoy outdoor dinners.

The villa is distributed over two floors that do not communicate with each other. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, both with a double bed; one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom with a shower.
