This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, is 800 metres from the magnificent Portet beach, and one and a half kilometres from the centre of Moraira.
In both Moraira and its surroundings, you will be able to enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, magnificent restaurants where you can delight in the appreciated local gastronomy and find various leisure spots, supermarkets and shops. From Villa Carmen, you can travel in just a few minutes to the neighbouring cities of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia and Jávea.
The property has the entire plot of land fenced and a covered parking area, with space to leave more cars outside the covered area. On the terrace is the swimming pool, with a built-in staircase, outdoor shower and sun loungers, from which to contemplate the beautiful views of the mountain. Next to the pool there is a lovely marquee with a wooden table for 6-8 people, two armchairs, and another table for 4 people. On one side, there is an iron spiral staircase that directly accesses the solarium where you can enjoy the beautiful views and sunbathe. Additionally, there is a barbecue, with a sink, fridge and sun loungers.
In the property, there is a small entrance hall and an air-conditioned corridor where the four bedrooms and bathroom are located. In the other part of the house, we find an ironing room with a washing machine, another fully equipped bathroom and the living-dining room which has a large window overlooking the marquee and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all rooms open onto a corridor that surrounds the house.

The villa was nice, and the location exceptional. While communication was good, I was disappointed to have to collect and give back the keys to a rental. That point is below airbnb standards for me. That point aside, recommended.

Dit huis ligt erg gunstig op wandelafstand van het strand van El Portet. Buiten kan je prachtig zitten, het zwembad is goed verzorgd en voldoende groot. Binnen is het huis wat betreft meubilair wat ouder maar in Moraira leef je grotendeels buiten dussee more

Welcome to VILLA CHRIS, a large Villa with capacity for up to eight people.
Located in a quiet and exclusive urbanisation in Moraira, a coastal city in the province of Alicante, the villa has panoramic views of the sea and marina and offers all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday.
It has a large private swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace equipped with a barbecue and seating area, where you can enjoy outdoor dinners.
The plot is completely fenced.
The villa is distributed over two floors that do not communicate with each other. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, both with a double bed; one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor has a covered terrace, a living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms; one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.
