Precious Mediterranean-style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, 800 meters from the magnificent Portet beach, and one and a half kilometers from the center of Moraira.
Both in Moraira and its surroundings, you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, magnificent restaurants where you can delight in the appreciated local gastronomy and find various leisure places, supermarkets, and shops. From Villa Carmen, you can travel in just a few minutes to the neighboring cities of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia, and Jávea.
The property is a country house with a fenced plot of land. Upon entering, there is a path that descends the plot to reach the covered parking area, although there is space to park more cars outside the covered area. The next thing we see is the pool (without heating), with a built-in staircase, outdoor shower, and loungers, from which to contemplate the beautiful mountain views. Next to the pool, there is a lovely pergola with a wooden table for six to eight people, two armchairs, and another smaller table with capacity for four people, and on one side, there is an iron spiral staircase that directly accesses the solarium where you can enjoy the beautiful views and sunbathe.
In the outdoor area there is a barbecue, with sink, refrigerator and sunbeds.
Entering the dwelling, there is a small entrance hall, to the left there is a hallway where the four rooms are located: In the hallway, where there is also an air conditioning unit, there is a closet, followed by a small room with a single bed and the next door is the bathroom. If we go out to the entrance hall, to the right, is the other part of the house, with a room for ironing, where the washing machine is located, next to another bathroom. And at the end of the hallway is the living-dining room that has a large window overlooking the marquee and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms look out onto a hallway that surrounds the house, and opposite, at a lower level, there is a landscaped area with grass and another shaded area with pine trees. The house is located on a private plot since there are undeveloped plots on both sides of the house.

The villa was nice, and the location exceptional. While communication was good, I was disappointed to have to collect and give back the keys to a rental. That point is below airbnb standards for me. That point aside, recommended.

Dit huis ligt erg gunstig op wandelafstand van het strand van El Portet. Buiten kan je prachtig zitten, het zwembad is goed verzorgd en voldoende groot. Binnen is het huis wat betreft meubilair wat ouder maar in Moraira leef je grotendeels buiten dussee more

Carrasqueta is a magnificent holiday home in Moraira (Alicante), it's the perfect place, with a privileged location just 1 km from the town center and 800 meters from the beach. It has 3 rental options. (The price indicated in the ad is for 10 people, contact us for the other two options). 1. Complete house for 10 people. 2. Upstairs for 6 people -Three en-suite bedrooms, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool down side stairs. 3. Ground floor for 4 people -Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool. The house would be rented only for you, it would not have to be shared, the part that is not rented is left free.
