Villa Serendipia is in Montemar, a residential area on the coast of Benissa. Less than 15 minutes away by car you will find Moraira and Calpe by the sea and the town of Benissa.
Surrounded by beautiful nature, in Villa Serendipia you will feel the sea breeze of the Mediterranean, also the amazing crystal-clear waters coves and beaches of Benissa, Calpe and Moraira, where, besides sunbathing and having a dip in the sea, you can enjoy water activities such as snorkelling, paddle surf or kayak routes.
Villa Serendipia is a traditional-style chalet distributed over several levels. The lower level remains closed so the rented part is the upper part of the house. The dwelling has a large and bright living-dining room with a fireplace a typical detail from the area, which makes the room cosier open wooden beams.
Villa Serendipia has a kitchen, two bedrooms with capacity for 4 people and a beautiful glazed “naya”, very sunny and with views to the sea, perfect for a lunch overlooking the sea.
The outdoors of Villa Serendipia has stone stairs with several landscaped areas which lead to the pool and the terrace, both recently built. The pool will be the perfect place to have a dip in the heat of the day before laying on the sun beds.
There is a terrace-solarium as well on the upper part of the house, which is accessed by means of a beautiful spiral staircase.
