Welcome to our charming rustic villa, a tranquil retreat located in the peaceful area of Pedramala in Benissa. This property is in a serene setting, away from neighbours, ensuring an intimate and relaxing experience.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The living room features a cosy fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From this space, there is access to a covered terrace with a table for six, offering spectacular views that will captivate you.
Continuing on from the living room, you will find the sleeping area, with a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The house also has a toilet and a large bathroom with a bathtub. For your comfort on cooler days, the whole house is equipped with electric radiators.
Outside the house, you will discover a swimming pool next to an extensive terrace, creating an ideal setting to enjoy lovely evenings and panoramic views. This area is carefully equipped with additional amenities, such as a gas barbecue, sun loungers for sunbathing and hammocks for a pleasant siesta in the open air.

The house is fully equipped excellently equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and even cocktail shaker). Also more than enough crockery up to champagne glasses. Spacious bedrooms with ample storage space. Also handy, separate toilet. And if you need it during your stay... :) there is even a washing machine. The conservatory is also a lovely place to stay when the evenings are a bit cooler. And with the sliding doors that can be opened completely, you still have the idea that you are outside and you can enjoy the beautiful view. The house has a gigantic terrace with a large swimming pool which we have used frequently. The gas barbecue has also been on almost every day. We have experienced the contact with Villas Holidays as very pleasant. After making the online reservation, we have already been regularly informed via WhatsApp. The contact on site also went well after it turned out that the washing machine was defective, an employee was at the door within 10 minutes after telephone contact and the next morning a new washing machine was delivered. Even the late check-out that we arranged at the last minute was no problem. This allowed us to stay until 7 p.m. on the day of departure. In short, we really enjoyed |
