Villa La Fuente is located in Moraira (Costa Blanca), an hour's drive from Alicante airport, just one kilometre three hundred metres from the beach, so you can easily walk there without having to use the car. It is a villa in the very centre of Moraira, very close to the sea and the beaches. Near the villa you will find all the basic services (supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, etc). In Moraira you can do all kinds of water activities, it is the ideal place for sea lovers, and the large number of mountains in the area will delight the most sporty people. From the villa you can reach the neighbouring towns of Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell and Javea in just a few minutes.
You can enter the property  through two iron gates, both of them are large enough for cars to pass through, on entering, there is a large paved parking space and at the end of this hallway there is a covered area with space for two more cars. Behind the parking space is the barbecue area, with a built in barbecue and a small terrace to have lunch or dinner, if we go to the left (bordering the house) there is another larger terrace with sunbeds and a nice private square shaped swimming pool with an outdoor shower. 
The whole house is surrounded by plants, flowers, native trees, a fountain with aromatic plants and even a small pond. At the front of the house there is a large pine tree, ideal for shade in the warmer months.
To enter the house we have to climb 6 steps and we arrive to a porch with a roof and an outdoor table with benches.  On entering the house we find a small entrance hall, if we go to the right a large and bright living room with a circular shape and numerous windows that all face the front of the house, in the living room we find three sofas, two side tables, a fireplace and a television (there are several radiators throughout the living room), then the dining room is up a step, is a round table with six chairs, and a large sideboard, both the table and the sideboard are Castilian style furniture.
Next to the dining room there is a door where is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob, fridge and freezer as well as kitchenware, crockery, glassware, cutlery and everything you need for cooking.
Next to the kitchen there is another door with a corridor where the bedrooms are located: a bedroom with two single beds, radiator and built-in wardrobe, the next door is a bathroom with shower with screen, washbasin and wardrobe and the room at the end is a bedroom with double bed, with two built-in wardrobes and radiator.
In this corridor we find the stairs to go up to the first floor (16 steps), where we will find the rest of the rooms: a room with a single bed with built-in wardrobe, a room with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and washbasin with wardrobe.
In the entrance hall we will also find a small door that has a small room with a washbasin and washing machine, as well as another door to go outside the house.
On the left side hand of the house, there is an outside staircase where there is another terrace for sunbathing and there are also ropes for hanging clothes.
La Fuente is in the centre of Moraira, so you can go to all the places walking without the need to use the car, do not think it twice, we wait for you in Moraira!!!
