Welcome to SANTA ISABEL, a charming villa for up to six people with the possibility of accommodating up to eight due to the availability of the sofa bed in the living room.
It is located in a quiet and exclusive area of Moraira. A privileged location that places it just 900m from Ampolla beach and 1km from Cala Andragó, where you can choose between typical rocky coves and small sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters for diving, snorkelling or simply taking a refreshing swim, as well as enjoying the summer nightlife, bars, shops, hiking, cycling and water activities offered in the area.
The single-storey villa features a large terrace with partial sea views, a living-dining room with a fireplace, a modern and practical fully equipped American kitchen, the master bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace with mountain views, two other bedrooms with single beds and views of the garden, and lastly, a bathroom with a shower.
The villa has air conditioning in the living-dining room and hallway. In addition to having a fenced plot.
The villa is ideal for spending a holiday with family or friends, its outdoor area enjoys tranquillity, shade on the hottest days, a private pool with a depth of 1.5m ideal for children and an area conditioned to enjoy dinners under the stars.

Hope is a beautiful villa for 6 people in Moraira, a wonderful fishing village on the Costa Blanca.
The villa is located 2.5 km from the beach and the town centre, where you can enjoy a wide range of leisure activities for both children and adults; shops, bars, restaurants, water activities, ideal for sea lovers. Moraira is the perfect place, where you can get lost in one of the multiple coves along the coast, from Benitachell to Calpe. A perfect plan.
The house, decorated with good taste, has a cosy living-dining room with a fireplace, from where one accesses a pleasant covered terrace with space to eat while enjoying beautiful sea views, an independent fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and another with bunk beds and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other, en-suite with a shower.
On the outside of the property, we find a spacious terrace with a private pool, shower, barbecue area, and various corners where you can eat outdoors. The laundry area is located in the lower part of the house, where there is also an extra fridge. Additionally, its numerous plants, flowers, trees, and garden areas provide great privacy and connection with nature. There is sufficient space in the plot to park several vehicles.

This beautiful villa located in Moraira is a true gem on the Costa Blanca, with its beautiful nature, magnificent beaches and a wide tourist, cultural and gastronomic offering.
Located 500 metres from L'Ampolla beach. The villa is situated on a fenced plot of land, featuring a built-in barbecue, swimming pool (with umbrellas and sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing), an outdoor toilet with washbasin, WC and shower.
The villa features a marvellous dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The entire house is surrounded by a landscaped area with trees, plants, cacti and flowers.
The house has a private and closed second floor for the owners' belongings; only the first floor is available for rent.
Ultimately, La Cometa is the ideal place to spend some relaxing holidays just minutes walking from the beach and the town.4 reviews
