Welcome to SANTA ISABEL, a charming family home for 6 people with the possibility of accommodating 2 more on the sofa bed in the lounge. It is located in a quiet and exclusive area of Moraira. It is a privileged location, only 900m from the beach of La Ampolla, 1km from Cala Andragó, where you can choose between typical rocky coves and small sandy beaches with crystal clear waters for diving, snorkelling or just a refreshing swim, as well as enjoying the summer nightlife, bars, shops, hiking, cycling and water sports activities that the area has to offer.
The single storey villa is distributed as follows; at the top of the stairs there is a large terrace with partial sea views, as you enter you find the living/dining room with fireplace, the open plan kitchen is modern and practical, equipped with everything you need to cook during your holidays. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace with mountain views, the other two bedrooms with single beds overlook the garden, and there is a bathroom with shower.
The property has air conditioning in the living room and hallway and a fenced plot.
The villa is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, its outdoor area offers tranquillity, shade on the hottest days, private swimming pool with a depth of 1.5m ideal for children and an area set up to enjoy dinners under the stars.
Moraira has become a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca due to its crystal-clear beaches and picturesque old town, which retains its traditional fishing village character. In the port area you can find many restaurants and bars offering fresh seafood and fish as well as other local specialities.
Moraira's cultural activity is very diverse, with various festivities taking place throughout the year, such as the festival of San Juan in June, the festival of the Virgen de los Desamparados in August and the festival of Moors and Christians in September. These festivities include parades, live music and cultural activities.

Hope is a beautiful villa for 6 people in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca. The villa is located an hour's drive from Alicante airport, 600 metres from a shopping centre with numerous supermarkets and 2.5 km from the beach and the town centre where you will find a wide range of leisure activities for both young and old, shops, bars and restaurants, water activities, ideal for sea lovers, and the large number of mountains throughout the area will delight the most sporty. If, on the other hand, you are looking to relax and forget the noise and stress of the city, Moraira is the perfect place, where you can lose yourself in one of the many coves along the coast, from Benitachell to Calpe. A perfect plan for the whole family. The house, tastefully decorated, has a cosy living-dining room with fireplace and television. From the dining room there is access to a pleasant covered terrace with dining area and a comfortable rocking chair for two people, where you can have a relaxing chat while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze and the beautiful sea views. Independent kitchen very well equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kitchenware, crockery, glassware... Three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and another one with a bunk bed for two people. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other, en suite, with shower. Outside the house, there is a large terrace with private swimming pool, shower, sun loungers, barbecue area with sink and space with tables and chairs for dining. In addition, its numerous plants, flowers, trees and garden areas, provide an air of nature and a lot of privacy. On the plot, there is enough space to park several cars. Beautiful villa located in Moraira, a real jewel in the north of the Costa Blanca, with its beautiful nature and magnificent beaches, a wide range of tourist, cultural and gastronomic offer. Situated 500 metres from the beach of L'Ampolla. The villa is on a fenced plot of land, has a barbecue, swimming pool (with sunshades and sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing), toilet, with washbasin, wc and shower which is outside. At the entrance of the house there is a canopy with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the fresh air. The villa has a wonderful living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The whole house is surrounded by a garden area with trees, plants, cactus and flowers, there is also a big pine tree at the front of the house which gives a very nice shade in the afternoon. The house has a first floor, but it is private and closed for the owners' belongings, only the first floor is for rent. In short, La Cometa is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday just a few minutes walk from the beach and the village. We are waiting for you!4 reviews
