The villa is located one hour by car from Alicante airport, 600 metres from a shopping centre with numerous supermarkets and shops and 2.5 km from the beach and the town centre where you will find a wide range of leisure activities for both children and adults: shops, bars, restaurants, water activities, ideal for sea lovers. There are also many mountains throughout the area, which will delight sports enthusiasts. If, on the other hand, you are looking to relax and forget about the noise and stress of the city, Moraira is the perfect place, where you can get lost in one of the many coves along the coast, from Benitachell to Calpe. It is a privileged location, only 900m from the beach of La Ampolla, 1km from Cala Andragó, where you can choose between typical rocky coves and small sandy beaches with crystal clear waters for diving, snorkelling or just a refreshing swim, as well as enjoying the summer nightlife, bars, shops, hiking, cycling and water sports activities that the area has to offer.

The single storey villa is distributed as follows; at the top of the stairs there is a large terrace with partial sea views, as you enter you find the living/dining room with fireplace, the open plan kitchen is modern and practical, equipped with everything you need to cook during your holidays. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace with mountain views, the other two bedrooms with single beds overlook the garden, and there is a bathroom with shower.
The property has air conditioning in the living room and hallway and a fenced plot.

Moraira's cultural activity is very diverse, with various festivities taking place throughout the year, such as the festival of San Juan in June, the festival of the Virgen de los Desamparados in August and the festival of Moors and Christians in September. These festivities include parades, live music and cultural activities.
