On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and an ideal relaxation area with 3 bright bedrooms, each with double beds, accompanied by 2 modern bathrooms with shower. From this area, you can directly access the swimming pool.
On the upper floor, there is a dining room with a fully equipped second kitchen, and a total of 3 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, another with two single beds, and a last one with a double bed, creating the perfect atmosphere for families or groups of friends. Additionally, the upper floor has 1 bathroom with a shower. The two floors are connected from the outside.
The villa has capacity for 12 people, so it is ideal for enjoying a holiday in company. The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a beautiful private pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers where you can relax under the Mediterranean sun. In this area, there is also a bathroom.
To make the experience even more special, the villa has an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, perfect for preparing delicious dinners outdoors while enjoying a unique evening with family or friends.
