Bellamar located in Moraira, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca, in the Benimeit area, with spectacular sea views from Cap d'Or (Moraira) to the Peñón de Ifach (Calpe), in an urbanized but very quiet area just 4km from the center of Moraira where you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, its appreciated restaurants with a wide and exquisite gastronomic offer, leisure places and close to shops and supermarkets. Bellamar, on the first floor of a beautiful, very bright chalet. The house has capacity for four people, with two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a half bathroom. It has a spacious fully equipped independent kitchen and a large living-dining room. Outside, there is a large protected balcony where you can enjoy lunches, meals, or summer dinners, or simply stop to enjoy the wonderful views. On the ground floor of the house, we find the garden with its private pool and a spacious terrace area, with a barbecue and garden furniture, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, moments of relaxation, all accompanied by the wonderful views offered by this villa. This beautiful house is located in Moraira, a beautiful and picturesque fishing town on the Costa Blanca, with magnificent gastronomy, leisure spots, as well as shops and supermarkets. Additionally, in the area you can enjoy its beautiful sandy beaches, as well as its coves. Close to other towns such as Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia, and Jávea. All of them filled with places to enjoy wonderful vacations. The house is distributed over two floors, on the upper floor we find a bathroom with a shower, a comfortable and beautiful living room with sea views, and a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. The living room has a fireplace for cold seasons. All of this is decorated in a Mediterranean style. From the living room, we access the naya (small glassed-in terrace) and a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views and beautiful sunsets, all protected with awnings for the hottest and sunniest hours. On the lower floor, we find rooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with access to the outdoor terrace and its private pool, which can also be accessed from an exterior door next to the house. Between the rooms, there is another bathroom with a bathtub. From the pool you can also enjoy the views and relax on its loungers. In Champy you can spend some pleasant vacations with friends, partner and/or family.1 review
