Rustic house for 6 people situated in a quiet urbanised area only 700 m from the Portet beach in Moraira, the old fishing village that has developed in recent years as a first class tourist destination. Stroll through the streets of Moraira, approach its beaches with crystal clear water and feel the sand on your feet.
The house has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol. It also has a large and warm terrace, as well as an outdoor barbecue, surrounded by nature, pine and palm trees that provide coolness during the hottest months.
From the garden you can access the Riu Rau, where you can enjoy dinners with family or friends.
The house is distributed on one floor, decorated in a rustic and cosy way. It has a living-dining room with an independent and well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a toilet.
In its 8 km of coastline we find beaches awarded with the Qualitur flag and the blue flag. They stand out for their cleanliness, unbeatable water quality and their diverse and comfortable services and activities. Beaches such as Portet, with fine sand and crystalline waters and recognisable by its shell shape. At the foot of the castle lies l'Ampolla, the busiest, most urban and longest of the town's beaches of fine golden sand.
Diving is one of the most interesting sports and leisure activities on offer. Teulada-Moraira has 5 underwater routes (Labyrinth, Cap d'Or, Portet, Andragó and Cap Blanc) which reveal a world full of colour and natural wealth.
The Club Náutico Moraira is considered one of the best marinas in the Valencian Community and is the hub of a lively area. It organises sailing courses in summer and competitions, the most important of which are the Spanish Regularity Championship in June, and the Regata de Altura de la Amistad, usually in September.
The quality of the gastronomy of this town is demonstrated in its numerous and varied restaurants where you can enjoy seafood caught in a traditional way and distinguished with the quality mark "Bahía de Moraira".

El jardín y terraza es de ensueño, un espacio maravilloso y tranquilo para tomar un cafe. Mucha paz. Además, está muy cerca de todos los lugares de la costa blanca, Moraira, Calpe, Denia, Javea en pleno Noviembre hemos tenido un tiempo espléndido soleado y temperatura muy agradable.

Aspectos que podrían mejorar la estancia. Faltaban mantas porque por la noche refrescaba un poco y lo que tenían las habitaciones era escaso. También no contábamos con que no había gel y champú (aunque esto no es un problema nada grave). Por último, see more

Por último, aunque es más complicado la casa al ser algo antigua se notaba mucho la humedad y olor a cerrado al entrar, sin embargo eran pequeños detalles que tampoco afectaban mucho, pero son los puntos que identifico que si se solventasen mejorarían la experiencia, pero en general todo muy bien.

Hope is a beautiful villa for 6 people in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca. The villa is located an hour's drive from Alicante airport, 600 metres from a shopping centre with numerous supermarkets and 2.5 km from the beach and the town centre where you will find a wide range of leisure activities for both young and old, shops, bars and restaurants, water activities, ideal for sea lovers, and the large number of mountains throughout the area will delight the most sporty. If, on the other hand, you are looking to relax and forget the noise and stress of the city, Moraira is the perfect place, where you can lose yourself in one of the many coves along the coast, from Benitachell to Calpe. A perfect plan for the whole family. The house, tastefully decorated, has a cosy living-dining room with fireplace and television. From the dining room there is access to a pleasant covered terrace with dining area and a comfortable rocking chair for two people, where you can have a relaxing chat while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze and the beautiful sea views. Independent kitchen very well equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kitchenware, crockery, glassware... Three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and another one with a bunk bed for two people. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other, en suite, with shower. Outside the house, there is a large terrace with private swimming pool, shower, sun loungers, barbecue area with sink and space with tables and chairs for dining. Welcome to SANTA ISABEL, a charming family home for 6 people with the possibility of accommodating 2 more on the sofa bed in the lounge. It is located in a quiet and exclusive area of Moraira. It is a privileged location, only 900m from the beach of La Ampolla, 1km from Cala Andragó, where you can choose between typical rocky coves and small sandy beaches with crystal clear waters for diving, snorkelling or just a refreshing swim, as well as enjoying the summer nightlife, bars, shops, hiking, cycling and water sports activities that the area has to offer. The single storey villa is distributed as follows; at the top of the stairs there is a large terrace with partial sea views, as you enter you find the living/dining room with fireplace, the open plan kitchen is modern and practical, equipped with everything you need to cook during your holidays. The master bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace with mountain views, the other two bedrooms with single beds overlook the garden, and there is a bathroom with shower. The property has air conditioning in the living room and hallway and a fenced plot. The villa is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, its outdoor area offers tranquillity, shade on the hottest days, private swimming pool with a depth of 1.5m ideal for children and an area set up to enjoy dinners under the stars.
