Carrasqueta is a magnificent holiday home in Moraira (Alicante), it's the perfect place, with a privileged location just 1 km from the town center and 800 meters from the beach.
It has 3 rental options. (The price indicated in the ad is for 10 people, contact us for the other two options).
1. Complete house for 10 people.
2. Upstairs for 6 people -Three en-suite bedrooms, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool down side stairs.
3. Ground floor for 4 people -Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool.
The house would be rented only for you, it would not have to be shared, the part that is not rented is left free.
The environment is fantastic, Moraira is originally a small fishing village that has evolved over time into a popular tourist destination that still retains much of its traditional charm.
Moraira is known for its relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Unlike some larger and more crowded tourist destinations, Moraira has managed to maintain its authentic character. The narrow, cobblestone streets, Mediterranean-style buildings and picturesque squares contribute to a charming and tranquil atmosphere.

Bellamar located in Moraira, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca, in the Benimeit area, with spectacular sea views from Cap d'Or (Moraira) to the Peñón de Ifach (Calpe), in an urbanized but very quiet area just 4km from the center of Moraira where you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and paradisiacal coves, its appreciated restaurants with a wide and exquisite gastronomic offer, leisure places and close to shops and supermarkets. Bellamar, on the first floor of a beautiful, very bright chalet. The house has capacity for four people, with two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a half bathroom. It has a spacious fully equipped independent kitchen and a large living-dining room. Outside, there is a large protected balcony where you can enjoy lunches, meals, or summer dinners, or simply stop to enjoy the wonderful views. On the ground floor of the house, we find the garden with its private pool and a spacious terrace area, with a barbecue and garden furniture, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, moments of relaxation, all accompanied by the wonderful views offered by this villa.
