Carrasqueta is a magnificent holiday home in Moraira, Alicante, is the perfect place to accommodate a group of up to 10 people. With a privileged location just 1 km from the town centre and 800 metres from the beach.
The property is distributed on two separate floors that do not communicate with each other.
The upper part is composed of a bright and well furnished living-dining room with fireplace and exit to the terrace, the independent kitchen is equipped with all you need for your holidays, on this floor you will find three bedrooms, the first and second bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower in suite, and a third bedroom with two single beds.
The newly renovated ground floor is tastefully decorated and offers amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, has a living room and a kitchenette, two bedrooms one with double bed and access to the pool terrace, and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub.
The outside of the house is an oasis of relaxation. The spacious terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, surrounding a generous sized private pool, the garden, creates a tranquil and serene atmosphere.
The setting is fantastic, Moraira is originally a small fishing village that has evolved over time into a popular tourist destination that still retains much of its traditional charm.
Moraira is known for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Unlike some larger and busier tourist destinations, Moraira has managed to retain its authentic character. The narrow cobbled streets, Mediterranean style buildings and picturesque squares contribute to a charming and tranquil atmosphere.
