Located in Moraira, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca, in the area of Benimeit, with spectacular views of the sea, from Cap d'Or (Moraira) to the Peñon d'Ifach (Calpe), in an urbanised but very quiet area just 4km from the centre of Moraira where you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and coves, its popular restaurants with a wide and exquisite gastronomic offer, places of leisure for both adults and children and close to shops and supermarkets. We find Bellamar, on the first floor of a beautiful and very luminous villa.
The house can accommodate four people, has two bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a toilet. It has a spacious independent kitchen and a large living-dining room with separate living and dining areas. Outside, there is a large sheltered balcony where you can enjoy summer lunches, lunches or dinners or simply stop to enjoy the wonderful views.
On the ground floor of the house we find the garden with its private swimming pool and a large terrace area, with barbecue and garden furniture, where to enjoy a refreshing bath, moments of relaxation all accompanied by the wonderful views that this villa offers.
