BELLAMAR, located in Moraira, a beautiful town on the Costa Blanca, is a cosy villa for 4 people with spectacular sea views, from Cap d'Or (Moraira) to the Peñón d'Ifach (Calpe), in an urbanised but very peaceful area just 4km from the centre of Moraira where you can enjoy its paradisiacal beaches and coves, its appreciated restaurants, leisure spots and close to shops and supermarkets.
The villa has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a toilet. It has a spacious fully equipped independent kitchen and a large living-dining room. Outside, we find a large balcony where you can enjoy lunches, meals or dinners with wonderful views.
On the ground floor of the property, we find the garden with its private pool and a spacious terrace area, with a barbecue and garden furniture, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and moments of relaxation, all accompanied by the spectacular views offered by this villa.

Champy is a beautiful house located in Moraira, a beautiful and picturesque fishing town on the Costa Blanca, with magnificent gastronomy and leisure venues, as well as shops and supermarkets. Additionally, in the area you can enjoy its beautiful sandy beaches, as well as its coves. Close to other towns such as Benissa, Calpe, Benitachell, Denia and Jávea. All of them full of places to enjoy wonderful holidays.
The house is distributed over two floors, on the upper floor we find a bathroom with a shower, a comfortable and beautiful living room with sea views and a fully equipped American kitchen. The living room has a fireplace for cold seasons. All this with a Mediterranean-style decoration. From the living room, we access the naya (small glazed terrace) and a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views and beautiful sunsets, all protected with awnings for the hours of most sun and heat.
On the lower floor we find the bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with access to the outdoor terrace and its private pool, which can also be accessed from an exterior door next to the dwelling, between the bedrooms we have another bathroom with a bathtub.
From the pool you can also enjoy the views and relax on its sun loungers.

Welcome to SANTA ISABEL, a charming villa for up to six people with the possibility of accommodating up to eight due to the availability of the sofa bed in the living room.
It is located in a quiet and exclusive area of Moraira. A privileged location that places it just 900m from Ampolla beach and 1km from Cala Andragó, where you can choose between typical rocky coves and small sandy beaches with crystal-clear waters for diving, snorkelling or simply taking a refreshing swim, as well as enjoying the summer nightlife, bars, shops, hiking, cycling and water activities offered in the area.
