Villa Mariposa, distributed over two floors, invites you to immerse yourself in its Mediterranean charm. The main floor features a glazed porch, ideal for enjoying reading or a pleasant siesta. The living-dining room, meticulously decorated, merges with a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes. The house has three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other two with a shower, as well as underfloor heating throughout the dwelling and fans to ensure maximum comfort. Additionally, there is a small storage room with a washing machine and ironing board.

With four rooms, Villa Mariposa has capacity for eight people. Two of the rooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each.

The exterior of the house is an oasis of serenity with a spacious swimming pool, offering stunning views of the mountain. The sun loungers invite relaxation, while the pergola with built-in benches and an open porch with a barbecue, bar, and a large table for eight people create the perfect setting for incredible meals or dinners al fresco. The presence of plants, fruit trees, olive trees, and a patch of lawn next to the pool adds a particular charm to the property.

This splendid Mediterranean-style villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor we have four bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, views of the sea and the Peñón Ifach, two others with a single bed and the last one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, which is accessed by a wooden staircase in the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with incredible views.

The terrace and barbecue of the villa become a magnificent place to enjoy incredible sea views, with its private pool with panoramic views, it is an oasis of tranquillity and beauty, the perfect place to relax and enjoy in company.
