Villa Timón is located at the foot of the Oltá mountain range, just a few metres from the train station that connects Alicante with Dénia along the coast and 500 metres from the centre of Calpe, a town internationally known for its fantastic beaches with crystal clear waters.
The house consists of two flats separated by an external staircase, ideal for a large group of friends or several families. The ground floor flat has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a spacious living-dining room and a porch with access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
The upstairs flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living-dining room and a terrace with fantastic views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach.
The property has various decorative styles to suit all tastes, combining a more traditional feel with romantic, Mediterranean and more modern touches.
The swimming pool, located in a more private and quiet area of the house, invites you to leave your worries behind and enjoy your stay in this sunny corner of the coast.
