This beautiful villa, with capacity for 6 people and impressive views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach, is located in Benimarco, a picturesque coastal area of Benissa. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area.
The nearest beach, Cala Baladrar, offers a perfect rocky setting for sunbathing and enjoying diving, exploring its rich and varied flora and fauna.
From Villa Águila, you can easily explore nearby towns such as Benissa, Calpe, Moraira, Altea and Jávea, discovering all the charms of the Marina Alta. The property, distributed over two floors, is rented only on the first floor, while the ground floor remains closed, being the private property of the owners and not available for holiday rental.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with a large window offering panoramic views of the mountain, the sea and the iconic Rock of Calpe; two bedrooms with double beds with sea views, and a third bedroom with two single beds; a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
