This beautiful villa in a modern and minimalist style, with magnificent sea views, is located in Benissa Costa, in a residential area.
Villa Pinets is located 700m from Cala Pinets and 900m from La Fustera beach.
In the towns of Benissa or Calpe, you will be able to find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and leisure venues.
From Villa Pinets, you can travel to the coastal towns of Calpe, Moraira, Denia or Jávea in just a few minutes. A few metres from the house, there is an ecological walkway that surrounds the entire coastline, which is very easy to access and suitable for all ages. It is also the ideal place for cycling, as there are many mountain passes nearby.
In the villa, there is a private car park, where one can park, accessing through a sliding door from the street itself.
The property is divided into two floors; the main one where there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, another bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and access to the terrace and swimming pool, where you can contemplate the wonderful views of the Peñón de Ifach, the Mediterranean Sea and surroundings. On this terrace there is also a dining table, sun loungers, a barbecue and a shower where you can cool off in summer.
On the upper floor there are two other rooms and two bathrooms, as well as an extra terrace where you can enjoy wonderful views, sunbathe or relax.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
