The living room has a hot / cold air conditioning unit, in the front there is a large window with sea views, it also has two glass doors to access the terrace and the pool. On the right hand side of the entrance hall there is another corridor, with a bathroom with sink, toilet, shower with screen and heated towel rail, the next door is a double room with built-in wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, and air conditioning unit, at the end of the corridor there is a more spacious bedroom with two single beds put together, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning unit and en suite bathroom with: washbasin with wardrobe, toilet, and bathtub with screen. This room has a glass door from which you can access the terrace and the pool, and watch beautiful views of the sea. If we go up to the second floor, there is a corridor and the first glass door leads into a small terrace with wonderful views of the sea in front, and the rock of Calpe to the right, it has chairs to relax and enjoy the landscape. The next door on the right is a bathroom with a shower and screen, a sink with a cupboard and a toilet. Next door we find a double bedroom with a bedside table, a built-in wardrobe and an air conditioning unit. At the end of the corridor is the main room, very large and spacious, with two single beds put together, a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning unit and an en-suite bathroom with: bathtub with screen, washbasin with closet, bidet and toilet. This room has a window where you can see the sea from the bed. Regarding the exterior of the house, you can access the terrace and pool (not heated), either from the glass doors of the dining room and living room, or from one of the rooms on the ground floor, it can also be accessed from the outside of the house. If you go out through the living room, you have direct access to a large terrace, partially covered, equipped with an outdoor dining table, chairs and a portable barbecue. Following the terrace, there space with open paved terrace and then there is the pool, with built-in stairs and surrounded by grass and sunbeds from which to sunbathe and contemplate the views. There is also a walk-in shower next to the pool. In one side of the pool there is also a small piece of land with native trees and plants. As a resume, Villa Pinets is a recently built house, with unbeatable views and very close to the innumerable beaches that surround the entire coast of Benissa, it is the ideal house to spend your holidays if you like the sea.
