Casa Eva is located in a unique location on the coast of Benissa, just 250 m from Les Bassetes cove. Its proximity is such that with a short walk you can enjoy this cove, which combines sand and rock, with crystal-clear and calm waters. Additionally, the Les Bassetes Nautical Club is located in the cove, where you can practice water sports such as kayaking, sailing, or diving. From this point, you can also access the ecological path that borders the coast. Both Benissa and the neighboring cities of Moraira and Calpe are just a few kilometers away by car and offer a wide range of leisure activities, shops, outdoor activities, and dining options. Casa Eva is a large house, with a traditional style and carefully detailed decoration. It is divided into three floors and can accommodate 12 people, with a total of 6 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the remaining four with two single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, two fully equipped kitchens, and a laundry room. On the top floor, there is a spacious dining room with access to a covered terrace and another outdoor terrace, all with exceptional views of the Peñón de Ifach and the surrounding Mediterranean Sea. On the lower floor of the house, you will find another dining room with direct access to the pool, barbecue area, and a wonderful terrace with different cozy corners to sit or lie down. At Casa Eva, you will feel the proximity of the sea, waves, and seagulls from every corner; it is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend your vacation at any time of the year.

Framed on the coast of the beautiful town of Costa Blanca, Benissa, and just a few meters from one of its wonderful coves, Cala LLobella, this great villa for 10 people is located. The sound of the Mediterranean awaits you in this charming house decorated with Spanish rustic brutalism style furniture. The villa is divided into several areas, the ground floor remains closed. The main area is accessed directly from the spacious parking. You reach the entrance that will lead you on one side to a living-dining room with a beautiful decorative fireplace and access to the pool area, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with bathtub/shower and a very special room in its tower with incredible beach views, a beach that can be accessed by walking; and on the other side it leads to a fully equipped kitchen, and another dining room with outdoor views. From there you can walk through part of its gardens to reach the leisure area. It is undoubtedly a house for enjoyment, its large pool with slide will make children and not-so-children have a great time during their vacation days. It has a barbecue with an oven to prepare pizzas, for example, a charming terrace and a spacious garden with fruit and ornamental trees. What more could you ask for? The villa is located on the well-known ecological walk of Benissa, so you can enjoy it as soon as you step out the door.
