This property is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
This wonderful villa divided into several floors is a true oasis of comfort and style. On the upper floor, an elegant living room welcomes you with sofas, perfect for enjoying relaxing afternoons. Adjacent to the living room, a beautiful dining room and a fully equipped kitchen await you, ready to inspire the creation of exquisite dishes. In addition, this floor houses two bedrooms with double beds, each with air conditioning, and two modern bathrooms with a shower.
On the ground floor, you will find a third bedroom with a double bed, equipped with a ceiling fan for greater comfort, which is accessed from the outside. This bedroom has a large full bathroom with a shower and direct access to a private terrace.
The house has several terraces. On the upper floor, a large terrace offers a gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor dinners with friends, protected by the shade of an awning.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Berglage – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – ruhig und idyllisch auf einem Berg in einer sehr gepflegten Urbanisation. Das Haus selbst ist in einem tadellosen Zustand: see more
Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – ruhig und idyllisch auf einem Berg in einer sehr gepflegten Urbanisation. Das Haus selbst ist in einem tadellosen Zustand: hochwertig, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen (einzig eine Zitronenpresse fehlte uns -)).
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil und kann für Autos mit niedrigem Fahrwerk schwierig sein. Außerdem gibt es einige Treppenstufen, um zum Haus zu gelangen, was bei der Planung berücksichtigt werden sollte. Leider stand uns der Whirlpool Ende Oktober nicht zur Verfügung, worauf im Vorfeld leider nicht hingewiesen wurde. Das war schade, denn darauf hatten wir uns gefreut. Abgesehen davon war unser Aufenthalt einfach perfekt, und wir können das Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! |
