Gralla it is located in a quiet urbanization on the coast of Benissa between Moraira and Calpe.
This area offers a wide offer of leisure, sports and restaurants, as well as the possibility of enjoying multiple rocky coves and beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters.
The villa has garden areas and several terraces furnished with charming tables and chairs where you can rest, read a good book, have a glass of wine with friends or simply relax looking at the landscape enjoying the sea breeze.
The house is decorated in a rustic and charming style and it is composed of two floors of witch only the ground floors is ranted, the upper floor is locked since the owners personal belongings. It has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace for cold days and air conditioning for the hot summer days, a sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV cabinet, a dining table and a sideboard where the glassware is, there is a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook like at home: oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, as well as kitchenware, crockery, glassware, etc. ....
The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with three single beds and a bathroom.
The house also has a cozy covered and glazed terrace with spectacular views.
The outside of the house is spacious and there are several relaxation areas, in one of them is the swimming pool with sunbeds, outdoor shower and sea views and right next to it there is a covered porch with sofas and armchairs where the barbecue is also located, to enjoy with friends a good meal and some cocktails.
