Welcome to our charming rustic villa, recently renovated, a peaceful retreat located in the tranquil area of Pedramala in Benissa. This property is situated in a serene environment, away from neighbors, which ensures an intimate and relaxing experience in the midst of nature with spectacular sea views and green space.
The house features a fully equipped kitchen. In the cozy living-dining room, there is a fireplace that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy the house throughout the year. From here, you can access a terrace where you will be able to enjoy incredible meals with spectacular views that will captivate you.
Following from the living room, you will find the bedroom area, with a master bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds. Additionally, the house has a toilet and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning.
To the exterior part of the house, you can access from the living room terrace or by going around the house. You will discover a pool next to an extensive terrace where there is a barbecue, bathroom, and shower. From here, you can access the laundry room located in the lower part of the house.

The house is fully equipped excellently equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and even cocktail shaker). Also more than enough crockery up to champagne glasses. Spacious bedrooms with ample storage space. Also handy, separate toilet. And if you need it during your stay... :) there is even a washing machine. The conservatory is also a lovely place to stay when the evenings are a bit cooler. And with the sliding doors that can be opened completely, you still have the idea that you are outside and you can enjoy the beautiful view. The house has a gigantic terrace with a large swimming pool which we have used frequently. The gas barbecue has also been on almost every day. We have experienced the contact with Villas Holidays as very pleasant. After making the online reservation, we have already been regularly informed via WhatsApp. The contact on site also went well after it turned out that the washing machine was defective, an employee was at the door within 10 minutes after telephone contact and the next morning a new washing machine was delivered. Even the late check-out that we arranged at the last minute was no problem. This allowed us to stay until 7 p.m. on the day of departure. In short, we really enjoyed |
