The villa is located in Cala Baladrar on the picturesque coast of Benissa, a beautiful village between Valencia and Alicante, on the Costa Blanca, is situated between the sea and the mountains. Benissa offers a wide range of cultural and tourist activities to enjoy both in its historic centre along the coast. Proof of that is several mountain routes, three stretches of ecological walks and the many snorkelling routes in its coves. Surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Peñon the Ifach, with its own access to the beach of transparent waters, it is a privilege to enjoy breathtaking sunsets or romantic dinners under the stars. This splendid villa is distributed over two floors, the ground floor is designed to relax. As you walk through the front doors, you are greeted by a spacious living room with its antique tiled floors, wooden beams, built-in bookshelves and white walls, giving the house a rustic aspect with Mediterranean feel, which is contrasted by a modern and colourful décor.
