The villa is breathtakingly beautiful, with a chic decor and privately positioned to maximise the stunning views. Such a wonderful home that we don’t ever want to leave! Perfect for couplesfriends the two double bedrooms are served by a comfortable shower room (no bath) and the open plan living space is tastefully presented and very homely. A modern kitchen is equipped with everything and any utensil one needs. There is a loft/mezzanine floor which does have a very low roof and as mentioned in other prior comments is only really suitable for children (with 3 single beds). Outside there is a sheltered seating area with permanent table and benches, perfect for alfresco dining from breakfast to supper! The spacious poolside terrace is in full sun all day long with amazing views, perfect for lazy days. Notwithstanding, the pool itself is a great size for cooling off but be prepared as it is not heated and often freezing cold! A spacious driveway offers ample parking for numerous vehicles including medium sized Motorhomes as this was our mode of transport and something which was important for us to clarify before booking our luxury break from vanlife and travels. The winding road to/from Benissa takes just 15/20 mins by car and is absolutely fine (despite our initial concerns raised in another feedback review). The private drive from the main road is an adventure but again perfectly passable even in our 3.5t and 6.5m long Motorhome. The local village has a couple of restaurants and there are a few more up top! The hike around Bernia is spectacular if you are fit and prepared to scramble through the mountain tunnel to complete the circuit. The town of Benissa was a pleasant surprise to with a wonderful charm all of its own, nice and natural and not touristy and with plenty of supermarkets to choose from. Days out to the coastal coves of Benissa Costato Dénia and also inland drives into the hills for hiking, we’ve loved everything about the location, the community, the services and above all our chosen property and hosts... A lovely villa set into the mountains with awesome views. The villa is quite tricky to find but once you are there it is well worth it. You will need a car and the road/track up to the house is very steep and not for the faint-hearted. We stayed in tsee more
A lovely villa set into the mountains with awesome views. The villa is quite tricky to find but once you are there it is well worth it. You will need a car and the road/track up to the house is very steep and not for the faint-hearted. We stayed in the villa as 6 adults. Two bedrooms are small doubles but fine, the third room (loft room) has very low ceilings and more suitable for children. There is no air-conditioning but there is a couple of fans. It was very hot so I would suggest they need to ensure there is a fan available for every room. The lounge/kitchen are a good size and the pool area is fantastic with incredible views. Great stay! Would recommend.

Der Besitzer kommt einmal die Woche um den Pool zu reinigen und die Außenanlagen zu pflegen.

Nous avons passé de Très bonne vacances et la villa était vraiment superbe, y compris la nature environnante. La vue de la terrasse est à couper le souffle et encore plus magique dès qu'on grimpe une vingtaine de pas derrière la maison ! Calpe et Bensee more
