This charming villa of two independent flats, accessible by an external staircase and not communicating with each other, offers the perfect option for a family holiday. The lower flat has a new fully renovated and equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a sofa bed and TV, a double bedroom and a spacious modern bathroom.
In the upper flat at the entrance there is a practical guest bathroom followed by a laundry area and an additional refrigerator for storing drinks and fresh products during the summer.
This villa offers comfort and privacy, creating an ideal space for a relaxing family holiday.
The classic style dining room is connected to the kitchen by a breakfast bar, ideal for having breakfast in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine while preparing your meals. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals during your stay.
The formal dining room has air conditioning, a fireplace and a large table for six persons, followed by an air-conditioned lounge with a fireplace, a comfortable corner sofa, a television and an armchair. This luminous space has large windows where you can enjoy good views of the sea.
From the dining room you can access to the sleeping area, with two bedrooms; one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, both with air conditioning. The bathroom has a comfortable bathtub with a folding screen.
The outside of the house is the most spectacular area. As well as having a garage with capacity for two cars, the house is surrounded by several terraces and garden areas where you can relax; a spectacular private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a covered terrace with a portable barbecue, perfect for a barbecue and outdoor dining.
Crowning the villa is a solarium which is accessed by an external staircase that surrounds the house, where you can lie down and enjoy the good weather with beautiful sea views.

Por poner una pequeña pega, haría falta una mosquitera en la habitación de la cama grande, para poder abrir la ventana sin problemas por la noche.

Hemos pasado 5 noches increíbles ahí, no conocía esa zona y desde el primer dia que estuve en la villa y subí al solarium a contemplar las maravillosas vistas que tiene me enamoré de la casa y de esa pequeña zona de benissa. Tengo claro que en cuantsee more
Hemos pasado 5 noches increíbles ahí, no conocía esa zona y desde el primer dia que estuve en la villa y subí al solarium a contemplar las maravillosas vistas que tiene me enamoré de la casa y de esa pequeña zona de benissa. Tengo claro que en cuanto pueda volvería a ir, la paz que tuve ahi no la cambio por nada, solo se oían los pájaros!
Además los de villas holidays fueron todos muy amables y accesibles conmigo. |
