Amanecer is a traditional style villa located on the coast of Benissa, just 350 metres from Cala La Fustera, between Moraira and Calpe.
La Fustera offers white sand and paradisiacal waters in a Mediterranean environment, with a multitude of services at your disposal, such as beach bars, lifeguard and an area fitted out as a picnic area where you can enjoy with your family or friends a wonderful holiday in the open air and surrounded by nature. The villa is also very close to the beautiful towns of Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Jávea. In the area you will be able to enjoy our appreciated gastronomy as there is a great variety of restaurants. Nearby at about 400 m you will find a supermarket.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms (one with double bed and two with twin beds), two fully equipped bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower), an independent kitchen with everything necessary for the preparation of delicious meals, the kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, microwave, and a living-dining room presided by a cosy fireplace to warm up the stay in the coldest days of the winter. The house does not have air conditioning.
The exterior of Villa Amanecer has a beautiful and well-kept private swimming pool, presiding over the large terrace with sun loungers for relaxing. In the same enclosure, we have an outdoor shower and a garden with native vegetation. All this with magnificent views of nature and the sea.
Villa Amanecer is perfect for a family holiday on the Costa Blanca.
