Villa ALOMBRA, a charming Mediterranean-style house for up to 14 people, is located on the coast of Benissa, just 200 metres from the sea, in an exclusive setting between the captivating Cala Llobella, a rocky beach surrounded by cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation, and Cala Pinets, a picturesque combination of sand, stones and crystal-clear waters, perfect for those seeking serenity away from the crowds. This cove has a small picnic area for outdoor meals.
During the summer months, the nearby towns come alive with bars and shops, allowing you to enjoy both the sea and the nearby towns of Calpe, Altea, Moraira, Denia and Javea, among others.

The house is divided into two separate floors that do not communicate with each other. At the entrance to the upper floor there is a large terrace with partial sea views, leading to the comfortable living-dining room with open, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is the typical naya (glass terrace) that can be converted into a dining room; a fully equipped kitchen, a rustic lounge and three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
The property features a private swimming pool surrounded by a charming garden of olive, pine and orange trees, creating an atmosphere full of aromas and colours. The olive trees stand out for their twisted trunks, while the pine trees add height and majesty, offering shade and coolness on hot summer days. The terrace, furnished and equipped with a built-in barbecue, invites you to relax.
The property has air conditioning in 2 rooms on the upper floor and 2 rooms on the ground floor. There is parking for two or three cars. The house is set in a large fenced plot with very few houses around.
