Located in the Montesol urbanisation, this townhouse in Calpe offers a bright and welcoming stay, just 1 km from Puerto Blanco beach and very close to some of the most attractive spots on the Costa Blanca.
The dwelling is distributed over several floors, creating different environments for resting, sharing and enjoying the outdoors. On the main floor there is the living-dining room, a comfortable and pleasant space connected to an open-plan kitchen with a bar. This area invites you to start the day without rushing, prepare a simple meal or relax after a day at the beach. It also has a guest toilet and pantry with washing machine, providing functionality during your stay.
From the main area you access a spacious equipped terrace. It is one of the most pleasant spaces in the home: perfect for having breakfast outdoors, sharing summer dinners or enjoying a quiet afternoon with the Mediterranean atmosphere of Calpe.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them have double beds, one with en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, a practical option for children, young people or companions. This floor is completed with a second independent bathroom with shower.
The top floor offers a very special corner: a solarium terrace with sun loungers and sea views, where you can enjoy the sun, tranquillity and the silhouette of the emblematic Peñón de Ifach. A perfect space to disconnect and experience the Mediterranean from the heights.
Maryvilla has central air conditioning, WiFi, an alarm system and convenient access to parking from the main floor. Additionally, the development features 2 private communal swimming pools, one of which is for children, reserved for residents of the complex.
