Casa Eva is located in a unique location on the coast of Benissa, just 250 m from Les Bassetes cove. Its proximity is such that with a short walk you can enjoy this cove, which combines sand and rock, with crystal-clear and calm waters.
Additionally, the Les Bassetes Nautical Club is located in the cove, where you can practice water sports such as kayaking, sailing, or diving. From this point, you can also access the ecological path that borders the coast.
Both Benissa and the neighboring cities of Moraira and Calpe are just a few kilometers away by car and offer a wide range of leisure activities, shops, outdoor activities, and dining options.
Casa Eva is a large house, with a traditional style and carefully detailed decoration. It is divided into three floors and can accommodate 12 people, with a total of 6 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the remaining four with two single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, two fully equipped kitchens, and a laundry room. On the top floor, there is a spacious dining room with access to a covered terrace and another outdoor terrace, all with exceptional views of the Peñón de Ifach and the surrounding Mediterranean Sea. On the lower floor of the house, you will find another dining room with direct access to the pool, barbecue area, and a wonderful terrace with different cozy corners to sit or lie down.
At Casa Eva, you will feel the proximity of the sea, waves, and seagulls from every corner; it is undoubtedly the ideal place to spend your vacation at any time of the year.
