The villa is located in Cala Baladrar, on the picturesque coast of Benissa, a beautiful town between Valencia and Alicante, on the Costa Blanca, situated between the sea and the mountain.
Benissa offers a wide range of cultural and tourist activities to enjoy both in its historic centre and along its coastline, such as several mountain routes, three sections of ecological walkway, and multiple snorkelling routes in its coves.
Surrounded by stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Ifach rock, with its own access to a beach with crystal-clear waters, it is a true privilege to enjoy the impressive sunsets or dinners under the stars.
This splendid Mediterranean-style villa is distributed over two floors. It features a spacious living room with ancient ceramic floors, present throughout the house, wooden beams, built-in shelves and white walls, which give it a rustic character, respecting the architectural tradition. The fireplace provides warmth during cool nights and the large windows with impressive sea views allow natural light to flood the space, creating a sense of spaciousness and brightness.
The reading corner next to a panoramic window becomes the perfect place to get lost with a good book while listening to the sound of the waves.
In the dining area, there is a new and modern fully equipped kitchen, and a table for 8 diners.
On the ground floor we have four bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, views of the sea and the Peñón Ifach, two others with a single bed and the last one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, which is accessed by a wooden staircase in the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with incredible views.
The terrace and barbecue of the villa become a magnificent place to enjoy incredible sea views, with its private pool with panoramic views, it is an oasis of tranquillity and beauty, the perfect place to relax and enjoy in company.
The soft sound of waves breaking on the coast blends with the salty aroma of the sea, creating a calm and serene atmosphere. The sea stretches as far as the eye can see, with shades of blue merging with the sky on the horizon.
They can see sailing boats and yachts navigating in the distance, adding a touch of elegance to the scene.
